2019
A cart, not a shop
Corazón began as a coffee cart — Jessica pulling shots for the neighborhood, one order at a time.
2021
A corner of our own
The cart found a home on N Main St, inside the Mission Bar building in Downtown Santa Ana.
2023
The mural goes up
Hand-painted lettering — CORAZÓN, CAFE · AMOR · COMUNIDAD — arrives on the wall, and the name becomes the mission statement.

What began as a single coffee cart grew into a full espresso bar because Jessica never stopped treating regulars like family. The mural on the wall — CORAZÓN, CAFE · AMOR · COMUNIDAD — isn’t decoration. It’s the operating principle.
Every recipe on the menu, from the churro latte to the horchata cold brew, comes from flavors she grew up with — remade for a to-go cup.
