Our story
From a coffee cart to a corner of Main St.
Corazón Coffee Bar is a Latina-owned specialty espresso bar in Downtown Santa Ana — started as a coffee cart and grown, cup by cup, into a corner people come home to. Hand-painted signage, cane bistro chairs, and a menu built around the flavors of home: churro, horchata, marigold, and rose.

Behind the counter
Run by the community it serves.
“It started as a coffee cart — a way to bring people together over something warm. Corazón was always meant to feel like home before it was ever a business.”
Jessica Hurtado, Founder
What the name means
Café. Amor. Comunidad.
Café
Espresso pulled with care, drip brewed fresh throughout the day — coffee as the reason to slow down, not just the reason to speed up.
Amor
Every drink on the menu carries a flavor from home — churro, horchata, rose, marigold. Recipes built from memory, not a trend board.
Comunidad
A Latina-owned corner of Downtown Santa Ana that started as a coffee cart and grew because the neighborhood kept showing up.
Cuidado
Cane chairs, hand-painted signage, and a back patio built for lingering — a space designed to be sat in, not just passed through.
